Options include single and double free-standing rooms, with own basin and fridge freezer, as well as 3-bedroom apartments, each with its own full kitchen and bathroom.
If you’re worried about safety, this should set your mind at ease. We offer 24-hour, on-site security, keeping a careful eye on our state-of-the-art CCTV security cameras. Biometric access and turnstiles secure each entrance, making Varsity Studios one of Hatfield’s safest buildings.

We know that no one likes to do laundry, but someone has to do it. So, we’ve made it as convenient as possible with a laundry room on each floor. Wash, soak, tumble or hang it out to dry – your laundry or your secrets – your choice.
There are two gender-assigned, fully-equipped ablutions per floor. These include enclosed showers, changing rooms, toilet cubicles and vanities… and for the sake of privacy, we shall stop there.
